The reverse-swatiskas set in the course below this building's windows have turned heads since World War II; however, the building was built nearly 30 years before a similar design was adopted by the Naza Party in Germany.

We repeat, this is not a Nazi symbol -- a swastika. This is a reverse version used not-too-commonly as a decoration. The building was designed in 1907. The party didn't adopt the symbol until 1938.

I live in Wisconsin. The reverse swastika is seen around here on buildings built around 1900 that are of Nordic/Scandinavian design. This is about 25 years before the movement that became the Nazi party began.
