This building is slightly hard to find. If you've come into Raleigh from East Beckley, cross the tracks the the substation, turn right, then turn sharplt right after the industrial building. What looks like a driveway goes back into a quiet hollow with serverl fine coal-company residences and the beautiful building. If anyone knows who owns this structure, please call commissioner David Sibray at 304-252-6896.
